Discuss here about this GDB..

Suppose you applied in a prestigious organization for the post of HR manager. The day of interview has finally arrived and you properly dressed up along with complete knowledge to make the lasting first impression. Mr. Ahsan was the interviewer who shakes hand and invites you to get comfortable. Your interview has started!

Mr. Ahsan asked the mundane questions to grow your confidence. You felt comfortable that you are doing fine. Suddenly, he asked the tougher questions. He leaned backed and asked why you want to leave your current job that you had been working for 5-years. You start to explain that you want to leave that for personal reasons. His body language become different and starts to investigate without any smile. All right, you think, be honest and tell the actual situation that your supervisor is incompetent and he has personal relations with senior management, and there is no chance for your promotion. Mr. Ahsan replies that it is childish reason for wanting to leave. You are mature enough and have what it takes to make it in this company. You think how he dares to talk to you that way; who does he think he is? So you respond with an angry tone in your voice. Here, you should understand that you have become a victim of one of the classic tricks of the interviews i.e. stress interview.

Requirements:

Does becoming angry in an interview, when pressurized, indicate candidate's propensity towards violence? Why or why not? Give strong reasons.
