72 x 11 = 7 9 2 = 792 ( 7 and 2 are put aside and their sum 7+2=9 is put in between)

43 x 11 = 4 7 3 = 473 ( 4 and 3 are put aside and their sum 4+3=7 is put in between)
4+3
