As CEO I think,. the main reason is not understand the Japan culture nor understand people behaviour. for achieving organization purpose OB applies applies the knowledge about individuals, groups so that organization work effectively because it is concerned with the study of people what they do in organization and then tailoring an organization's strategy and structure so that the organization can manage its activities. to succeed global companies must help their managers develop skills that allow them to work effectively in foreign context and deal with differences in national culture.
