If you are allowed to go for office for job then internship will be a good experience for you to getting job and disadvantage is you have to go to office regularly and the result is in your boss's hand.
While project report you have to do hard work by doing R&D and gather material and it will save your time as compare to internship. If you dont want any job then you can work on report.
